The Eagles picked up right where they left off last year and win the preseason set of competitions.  The Rebels, who are seeking their third straight division title, do not lose a game at all in the preseason.  Now with the competitions set to start, all teams in both divisions set to prepare themselves for their title runs.  The only questions that remain are whether the Eagles and Rattlers can defend their championships or do we crown a new champion?  There hasn't been a repeat champion in either division since the Giants won the 2003 and 2004 Junior Championships. Coach Junior Lagdamen believes that the Rebels can go undefeated this year.  Will he be correct?   It will take 5 more weeks to answer these questions.  But, it will be fun finding out.  Monday, we play Basketball. Game on!

Dean Jones of the Raiders and Olivia Torres of the Predators take home the Christian Athlete of the Week awards for each division. Both athletes show exceptional character as well as willingness to help their teams in any way possible.  Congratulations to both of them.
